When will we learn that training and assisting people, whose religious ideology forbids allegiance or even friendship with unbelievers and demands the subjugation or killing of all unbelievers is a stupid thing to do? Muslims can not be trusted. Their ideology is incompatible with democracy and Western civilization. To assimilate into our society would be to violate the tenets of their faith and is punishable by death and eternal damnation.

Barbara Walters on Jane Fonda:
Jane Fonda was on 3 times this week talking about her new book. . . and how good she feels in her 70s. . . She still does not know what she did wrong. . .
Her book just may not make the bestseller list if more people knew.
Barbara Walters said: Thank you all. Many died in Vietnam for our freedoms. I did not like Jane Fonda then and I don't like her now. She can lead her present life the way she wants and perhaps SHE can forget the past, but we DO NOT have to stand by without comment and see her honored" as a "Woman of the Century."
(I remember this well.)
For those who served and/or died. . .
NEVER FORGIVE A TRAITOR.
SHE REALLY WAS A TRAITOR!!
And now President Obama wants to honor her !!!!
In Memory of Lt. C. Thomsen Wieland, who spent 100 days at the Hanoi Hilton [infamous North Vietnam prison] --
IF YOU NEVER FORWARDED ANYTHING IN YOUR LIFE. FORWARD THIS SO THAT EVERYONE WILL KNOW!
A TRAITOR IS BOUT TO NE HONORED. KEEP THIS MOVING ACROSS AMERICA.
This is for all the kids born in the 70s and after who do not remember, and didn't have to bear the burden that our fathers, mothers and older brothers and sisters had to bear.
Jane Fonda is being honored as one of the "100 Women of the Century."
Barbara Walters writes: Unfortunately, many have forgotten and still countless others have never known how Ms. Fonda betrayed not only the idea of our country, but specific men who served and sacrificed during the Vietnam War.
The first part of this is from an F-4E pilot. The pilot's name is Jerry Driscoll, a River Rat. In 1968, the former Commandant of the USAF Survival School was a POW in Ho Lo Prison, the "Hanoi Hilton."
Dragged from a stinking cesspit of a cell, cleaned, fed, and dressed in clean PJ's, he was ordered to describe for a visiting American "peace activist" the "lenient and humane treatment" he'd received. He spat at Ms. Fonda, was clubbed, and was dragged away. During the subsequent beating, he fell forward onto the camp commandant 's feet, which sent that officer berserk.
In 1978, the Air Force Colonel still suffered from double vision (which permanently ended his flying career) from the commandant's frenzied application of a wooden baton.
From 1963-65, Col. Larry Carrigan was in the 47FW/DO (F-4E's). He spent 6 years in the "Hanoi Hilton". . . the first three of which his family only knew he was "missing in action." His wife lived on faith that he was still alive. His group, too, got the cleaned-up, fed and clothed routine in preparation for a "peace delegation" visit.
They, however, had time and devised a plan to get word to the world that they were alive and still survived. Each man secreted a tiny piece of paper, with his Social Security number on it, in the palm of his hand. When paraded before Ms. Fonda and a cameraman, she walked the line, shaking each man's hand and asking little encouraging snippets like: "Aren't you sorry you bombed babies?" and "Are you grateful for the humane treatment from your benevolent captors?" Believing this HAD to be an act, they each palmed her their sliver of paper.
She took them all without missing a beat. . . At the end of the line and once the camera stopped rolling, to the shocked disbelief of the POWs, she turned to the officer in charge and handed him all the little pieces of paper...
Three men died from the subsequent beatings. Colonel Carrigan was almost number four but he survived, which is the only reason we know of her actions that day.
I was a civilian economic development advisor in Vietnam, and was captured by the North Vietnamese communists in South Vietnam in 1968, and held prisoner for over 5 years.
I spent 27 months in solitary confinement; one year in a cage in Cambodia; and one year in a 'black box' in Hanoi. My North Vietnamese captors deliberately poisoned and murdered a female missionary, a nurse in a leprosarium in Banme Thuot, South Vietnam, whom I buried in the jungle near the Cambodian border. At one time, I weighed only about 90 lbs. (My normal weight is 170 lbs.)
We were Jane Fonda's "war criminals."
When Jane Fonda was in Hanoi, I was asked by the camp communist political officer if I would be willing to meet with her. I said yes, for I wanted to tell her about the real treatment we POWs received. . . and how different it was from the treatment purported by the North Vietnamese, and parroted by her as "humane and lenient."
Because of this, I spent three days on a rocky floor on my knees, with my arms outstretched with a large steel weight strapped on my hands, and beaten with a bamboo cane.
I had the opportunity to meet with Jane Fonda soon after I was released. I asked her if she would be willing to debate me on TV. She never did answer me.
These first-hand experiences do not exemplify someone who should be honored as part of "100 Years of Great Women." Lest we forget. . . "100 Years of Great Women" should never include a traitor whose hands are covered with the blood of so many patriots.
There are few things I have strong visceral reactions to, but Hanoi Jane's participation in blatant treason, is one of them. Please take the time to forward to as many people as you possibly can. It will eventually end up on her computer, and she needs to know that we will never forget.

Should the military take actions against Bowe Bergdahl?
If Bowe Bergdahl is indeed found guilty of desertion and the evidence supports the finding, he should be court-martialed. Furthermore, he should have to forfeit all pay, effective the day he walked off his post. Aside from the fact that he betrayed his country, he also endangered the lives of those tasked to find him, some of whom were injured and even killed in the performance of their duties. The thought that this man will likely receive a slap on the wrist, be discharged from the army and be allowed to keep all the back-pay, including the undeserved promotion to sergeant, is sickening.
His alleged suffering at the hands of the Taliban was of his own making. He was not captured while serving his country. Instead, he abandoned his post and his comrades and willingly sought out the enemy. The fact that he did not receive the welcome he had hoped for from the Taliban, does not make him a victim, but a fool.
One veteran's thoughts on America
There is a lot of controversy and raw emotion surrounding the person of Chris Kyle and the movie "American Sniper". As with most controversies, it brings out people of all sides on the issue, the majority of which are usually ill-informed and uneducated about the issue at hand.
I felt compelled to add my "2 cents" to one of the discussions prompted by a Fox News post concerning the movie. Although, the initial post was a pro Chris Kyle statement, the ensuing debate and comments quickly escalated to name calling, anti and pro military rhetoric, left vs. right, etc. You get the picture. Hence, my response was not Chris Kyle specific, but a more general comment with regard to my feelings about the current state of affairs in America. Here is what I wrote:
I don't know Chris Kyle, I never met him or anyone that served by his side. I personally have not even seen the movie or read the book. I also did not serve in the War on Terror Therefore, I am in no position to confirm or deny the accuracy of the film, nor can I attest to Chris Kyle's character. That being said, I did serve honorably in the military. I joined the army to serve my country and to uphold and defend the Constitution.
I came to my senses early on in my military career. I realized that those in government are rarely faithful to the Constitution, and that holds true for both parties. I realized that wars are instigated by a small elite for profit, no matter how just or unjust the cause. The first gulf war is just one such example. It was all about oil, not Kuwait. Kuwait had an abysmal human rights record back then and still does today . I certainly did not volunteer to go over there to rescue that country. I asked to go because that is what I trained for. My loyalty was to the men to my left and right. That is all I cared about.
As for the war on terror, it is a just cause and needs to be fought without mercy. It could certainly be won, if the military were allowed to and politicians would stay out of the business of warriors. However, those in power have not dedicated themselves to winning, but are committed to dragging the conflict on, for as long as they can, because it has made many filthy rich. It has actually launched an entirely separate industry, military contract work, worth billions upon billions of dollars.
I still love America with all my heart, and I will always honor my oath to defend the Constitution. I just don't love my corrupt and self-serving government. I am completely disillusioned with American politics as well as the majority of its citizenry. I don't have any patience for those who dishonor America's founding principles and for those who disparage those who fought to uphold and defend them. People who belittle veterans and true patriotism have likely never served a day in the military or done anything to contribute to this nation. Most can't even be bothered to do their civic duty to go to the polls and vote.
The veterans I know and served with are all in combat arms, mostly SOF. Most have or are still fighting in the War on Terror, either on active duty or as contractors. 16 of my friends gave their life in this war while on active duty. I would love to be fighting shoulder to shoulder with any of them to this day, not for glory, not for politicians, not even for the majority of Americans, but for what I believe in and for my Brothers in Arms. To those who truly love this country and the principles on which it was founded, many of my Brothers and I sum it up as follows:
For nearly 240 years Americans have fought, bled and died for this country. First to establish a country and a constitution, later to defend both. Only 3% of the citizenry were brave enough to stand up to the British Crown initially. Not much has changed since. Young men and women swear an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, while the majority of Americans"sleepwalk" through life, occupied with keeping up with the neighbors, buying the latest and greatest toys, devouring reality shows and worshiping their favorite athletes/ sport teams or entertainers.
If Americans really wanted to honor veterans they would read and know the Constitution as the Founding Fathers intended. Americans would pay attention to what is going on in this country, aside from what the government and Mainstream Media wants to feed them.
If Americans truly cared about this country's veterans, they would be willing to get involved, make sacrifices, just like those volunteering to serve in the Armed Forces of the United States. Americans would educate themselves about the issues facing this country and the world. They would get familiar with this country's laws and rise up in protest when government tramples the Constitution, the very document servicemen and women have bled and died defending.
If you want to thank and honor our veterans, then do these things. No longer accept the status quo, stop voting the way you do, just because "that's the way you've always voted". Put down the remote for a change and read a book about the founding of this once great nation. Get involved in the political process through elections, political activism, etc. Don't buy into the partisanship that is paralyzing the government and dividing its people.
Spare us hollow catch phrases like "Thank you for your service"; they, in and by themselves, mean nothing. Don't call everyone who wears the uniform a hero, call them brave, if you wish. I served, and I am definitely no hero, but I had the honor and priviledge to know and/or serve with a few. Those who have served, especially those who have been in actual, physical combat know who the real heroes are.
Be a patriot! Don't just waves the flag on the 4th of July or Memorial Day, and call that patriotism. Don't simply watch a movie like "American Sniper", be filled with a sense of pride and engage in rhetoric on social media. Be a real patriot; understand, appreciate and honor the sacrifices that were made by the military and their families in order that the concept or ideal known as America may be realized and preserved. Patriotism is a 24/7/365 thing, just like the service and oath of this nation's veterans.

Islam is Global Terrorism at its Core-An Infidel's View of Islam
This is not intended as an indictment of everyone who identifies as a Muslims across the world. It is simply meant to explain the different facets of Islamic ideology as a whole to those who have not studied the doctrines of Islam as recorded in its sacred texts. Although, this is an opinion piece, it is based entirely upon Islamic primary source documents such as the Qur'an, Hadith Sahih Muslim, Hadith Sahih Al Bukhari, A Classical Manual of Fiqh for the Shafi'i school of Islamic Jurisprudence - "Reliance of the Traveler" ('Umdat as-Salik wa 'Uddat an-Nasik) and Sirat Rasul Allah, all of which are part of my personal library.
Along with my Bible, I carry a copy of the Qur'an in my car, always prepared to demonstrate the accuracy of my claims about Islam with facts from its holy book. I want to reiterate that I do not categorically hate Muslims or anyone for that matter. However, I detest Islamic ideology and those who faithfully follow its prophet's commands and teachings.
It should be noted that many of the 1.6 billion Muslims around the world are Muslim by virtue of their birth, rather than by conscious decision or free will. Furthermore, many followers of Islam in Muslim dominated countries also happen to be illiterate and therefore have not even read the Qur'an. Instead, they have to rely solely on the teachings of their parents, elders and the sermons of their local Imams.
Moreover, in various parts of the Muslim world, tribal customs and laws take precedence over Islamic ideology. Such was the case with Mohammad Gulab, the tribesman who rescued and sheltered Navy SEAL Marcus Luttrell from the Taliban. He considered it his sacred duty under the tribal code of honor known as Pashtunwali, which mandates Pashtuns should protect anyone in need. It had nothing to do with following Islam, and actually stood in opposition to Qur’anic teachings.
That being said, most self-professing Muslims are indeed peace loving and kind people, and I am sure that they believe what they are saying. However, Muslims who sincerely proclaim that Islam is a religion of peace, only embrace one aspect of the ideology. They limit their adherence to the early religious teachings of the Qur'an, promulgated by Muhammad while still in Mecca, when he was in desperate search for converts. Most Muslims, many consciously, ignore the later religious, social, economic and political aspects of Islamic ideology that replaced the early teachings and became the primary focus of Islam as it spread from Medina.
Islam is not a peaceful religion, but an ideology that governs all aspects of political, military, socio-economic and religious life and it employs violence, intimidation, military conquest, slavery and oppression to achieve its stated goal of world domination. Muhammad’s words, but more importantly his actions and practices, are the standard by which every Muslim is expected to live. Muhammad is considered Allah's final prophet and the Qur’an the eternal, unalterable words of Allah himself. Therefore, the entire Muslim concept of morality and justice rests upon the interpretation of the Qur’an and guidance outlined in the Sunnah (way), the Hadith (sayings) and the Sirat (life) of the Prophet.
The Qur'an contains commands communicated by Allah through the Archangel Gabriel to Muhammad. The verses are not organized in chronological order, but rather by length, ranging from longest to shortest. There are over 100 verses calling followers to wage war on "infidels" and to kill unbelievers wherever they are found, at times in explicit detail. These verses are not a historical record, confined to a specific time or event in the past. Rather, they are considered part of the eternal, unchanging word of Allah to be followed for all times and eternal damnation to hell awaits those who do not faithfully submit.
Since the context of violent passages in Islamic texts is highly ambiguous, it allows Islamic apologists to make an argument for, as well as against violence, depending on the personal sensitivities of a given audience. "Moderate" Muslims simply interpret their holy books' call to violence in the light of their own moral preconceptions, rather than historical precedence. To fully understand and properly interpret the Qur’an, Islamic religious scholars have to rely on the Sunnah and the Hadith, in order to place Qur’anic verses in their proper context.
The Qur’an also contains some verses that advocate for peace and tolerance, yet they hardly balance out the many that call for violence against and death or subjugation of unbelievers. Furthermore, these verses can be almost exclusively attributed to Muhammad’s early Meccan revelations, when Muhammad was still seeking acceptance and his followers were few in numbers. Most of these teachings were subsequently abrogated by the Medinan teachings that followed.
Muhammad's legacy of rape, pillaging, burning, slavery and slaughter are the true face of Islam and it is the ideology promulgated by the sacred books of Islam. It has produced a trail of blood and tears across the world throughout history. It is my personal belief that there is no such thing as "radical Islam" or “Islamic extremism". There are simply those Muslims, who fully adhere to the teachings and examples of their "prophet", and those who limit their adherence to the early religious teachings of the Qur'an. The problem with Islam is not that some Muslims are bad people, but that most of Islam is based on bad ideology.
To those who like to bring up the atrocities recorded in the Old Testament (OT) or those committed by “christians” throughout the centuries there is a key difference between these actions and those of Islam and any comparison is an exercise in futility. The OT commands were given for a specific time in history to a specific audience against a specific “target”, unlike the open-ended commands to violence found in the Qur’an, which are still applicable today. More importantly, the New Testament (NT) teaches peace, love mercy, grace, and forgiveness, exemplified by the life Christ lived, and capital punishment called for in the OT is considered “served” through Christ’s death on the cross. Jesus commanded love and forgiveness from his followers and condemned violence and hate, and therefore any atrocities committed in Christ’s name stand in direct violation of His teachings and are un-Christian.
Muhammad, on the other hand, promoted, even demanded violence from his followers as a means to spread Islamic ideology, as evidenced in the Qur’an, Hadith, Sunnah and Sirat. As aforementioned, these commands are still valid today, until the last Jew has been killed, all others have submitted to Islam and Islam is the law around the world.
May it never be so!
